Kimberely Brizuela, CPA, CSEP
In 2010, Kim became the first female shareholder in the firm’s history. She is a 1997 graduate of Villanova University with a B.S in Accountancy. Kim brought to the firm extensive experience in estate and trust tax along with individual and small business tax knowledge. She became a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and her knowledge of inheritance, estate, gift tax allows her clients to plan for the future. Kim’s ability to combine both estate and trust with individual tax law offers the benefit of consolidating accounting needs.
Kim is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is an active volunteer at her children’s school and can be found cheering on Villanova basketball.
Kim resides in Bucks County with her husband Alex and their three young children, Ryan, Jason and Gavin.
Mark S. Jaffe, CPA
A Philadelphia native, Mark attended Pennsylvania State University after graduating from Central High School. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) he maintained a private practice in Bucks County for several years before joining Diamond & Associates, PC in 1985.
Mark’s practice concentration is in taxation. He handles all types of tax; corporation, individual, payroll and nonprofit. His knowledge allows him to advise business owners of benefits and drawbacks to their current employee benefits package and current tax issues. His tax planning strategies have proven a great asset to his clients allowing them to be proactive in their business. Mark is frequently called to represent his clients before the IRS and various state agencies. He has become an expert in the field at tax debt resolution. Mark is frequently called as an expert witness in divorce and support litigation cases due to his extensive tax experience.
Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mark is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Pennsylvania Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals (PSTAP).
Gustave H. Kuhl, CPA
In 1995 when Gustave (Gus) Kuhl joined Diamond & Associates, PC he brought a wealth of knowledge to the firm. After graduating from Juniata College in 1981 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a minor emphasis in computer systems, he honed his skills providing tax, accounting and consulting services to large corporations, and manufacturing entities. Gus developed a specialty dealing with clients who had multiple locations and tax filing requirements, focusing on those clients needing to allocate business activity among multiple states for tax purposes. His varied work experience with non-profit organizations and government agencies provided expertise in compilation, review and auditing procedures. Gus is able to provide “yellow book” and A-133 Single Audits to those agencies with federal funding requirements. He is often consulted for his knowledge of nonprofit services for accounting systems and policy.
Gus is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA). He is an active member of Rotary International Club of Newtown and Hope Lutheran Church and School serving on various Boards over the years.
Robert S. Palmer, CPA
After graduating from Bucknell University in 1974, Robert Palmer returned to his hometown area of upstate New York to work for the Rochester, New York office of Arthur Andersen, a multinational CPA firm. During his tenure, he became a Senior Accountant working primarily in the audit area. Missing the milder climate and friendliness of Pennsylvania, he chose to relocate to Bucks County in 1977 and went to work for a central New Jersey CPA firm. While there, the majority of Bob’s work was in the field of preparing financial statements for clients, along with corporate and individual tax returns and tax planning. He started his own firm in 1989 in Yardley PA and merged his private practice with Diamond & Associates in 1995. He concentrates in “Business Problem Solving” using the knowledge he acquired earlier in his career. Bob’s skills in handling issues related to business has become a benchmark standard. His depth of knowledge of tax issues and accounting software is exceptional. His management advisory services allow his clients to achieve a higher level of success with their business and personal goals. Bob manages the technology section of Diamond & Associates helping clients with their business hardware and software needs.
Bob is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Institute Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well the Pennsylvania Society of Tax and Accounting Professionals (PSTAP). Bob has served various civic organizations helping them to develop procedures for monitoring revenue and expenses.

Professional Bookkeeping Staff
As full charge bookkeepers, provide extensive bookkeeping experience in a variety of businesses. They are knowledgeable in professional service business, non profit, retail, wholesale and manufacturing. They maintain the accounting system through the adjusted trial balance reports and provide the accountants with the most accurate and concise information possible. Services may include, helping clients to better manage their business, preparing bank reconciliation, payroll preparation, payroll taxes computation and filing, sales tax computation and filing, accounts payable and accounts receivable to name a few.
As QuickBooks Pro Advisors, our professional bookkeepers are able to set up new businesses and train clients. They can provide services either at the client’s place of business or at our main office, they are also available by phone and email to answer questions regarding bookkeeping or QuickBooks
- Maintains and handles all books through the adjusted trial balance.
- Records assets, leases and expenditures and performs the monthly bank reconciliation.
- Analyzes and corrects current-period errors in the general ledger.
- Does the payroll, files federal and state payroll tax returns and computes related deposits.
