Ann M. Mariano, SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

When clients and staff work with Ann they are instantly drawn to her caring manner and magnetic personality. She has a jump in and help attitude with all aspects of the firm and works with our partners on a variety of tasks.

Each day is different for Ann as she helps clients from central NJ to Greater Philadelphia on a variety of business and personal tax issues. Her specialties include:

• Tax preparation
• Income tax planning and consulting for all entities including individuals, partnerships and corporations
• Payroll and Sales Tax
• Daily, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Fixed Asset Management
• Client set-up and implementation and training of new software systems
• 401 (k) and profit-sharing calculations & reporting

Ann can securely remote into your system to get the job done and is always available to answer questions. Her expertise is as extensive as it is versatile and flexible. She loves that she works on different projects every single day, but always uses her well-honed accounting skills.

Ann graduated magna cum laude from Holy Family University. Her love of accounting and working with numbers began in grade school while working with her father in the trucking, leasing and transportation brokerage businesses. She started preparing payroll, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable and quickly learned proficiency in inter-company transactions. Ann also has vast experience in the construction and service/repair industries throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

When working with clients she enjoys not only the day-to-day management of their finances, but also solving problems. This can include budgeting, tax projections, payroll and sales tax issues and a variety of other items.
