Patty dedicates her work at Diamond and Associates to “making sure clients are taken care of…period”. It is that work ethic and dedication that keeps her moving throughout her day as she answers phones, greets clients when they arrive, sets up appointments, and everything in between.

When Patty is away, our clients notice. She recalls a time when, after working for us for a few years, she went on vacation and clients were glad to see her back and told her so. They appreciate her upbeat personality and know they can trust her.

Patty understands that here in the Newtown, PA area clients have many options for accounting firms. Her goal is to always ensure that clients are happy they have chosen to work with Diamond & Associates.

When dealing with personal and business-related tax issues, clients do have concerns and sometimes even problems. Patty gets that the IRS and taxes can be scary and she knows clients often feel a sense of urgency. Having been with our staff for over 18 years, she knows we can handle any task and works with the clients to give them peace of mind that any issue will be quickly addressed.
